Appointments
If a booked treatment is cancelled without notice or changed on arrival, you will be charged 50% of your booked treatment. In the unusual instance where I may need to cancel your booking, I will endeavour to contact you by telephone and/or email and offer an alternative time and date.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of treatment. Cash or Bank Transfer is accepted.
Cancellation policy
I would ask clients to provide, where possible, at least 48 hour’s notice, if they need to change or cancel an appointment. Cancellations can be made by contacting me during opening hours . If you are cancelling out of working hours you may cancel by email at benfordbeauty@gmail.com.
Clients will be charged for the time reserved regardless for the reasons of cancelling. If we have sufficient notice of cancellation and we are able to fill your appointment slot, the charge maybe waivered, at my discretion. For cancellation of Wedding Packages, Proms Parties packages and block appointments we would ask clients to provide me with at least 10 days notice of cancellation.
Where a client requires extensive and lengthy technical services an estimated 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of reserving the appointment.
Your health
Clients that may have health issues e.g. blood pressure, circulation problems, skin problems, have recently undergone an operation, are on medication, are pregnant, had a cancer or have any other health worries, are advised to check with their GP before booking a treatment. When you arrive for your first treatment you will be asked to complete a registration document to highlight any health issues you may have.
For clients with serious illnesses, before I can proceed with any treatment, I ask you to provide a letter from your doctor to say that you are able to receive the specific treatment you may wish to book.
Allergy Testing
If you have any allergies prior to your appointment please inform us at the time of booking. Please note that clients booking treatment’s using Dyes & Glue will be asked to have a patch test 24 hours before their first appointment.
Offers
Offers on the website and my Facebook page are for a definitive period ONLY. Once the offer period has ended the treatment reverts to its normal price.
